COMMUNIQUÉ GAY GLOBE TV

Un accord de règlement est intervenu plus tôt aujourd’hui entre Roger-Luc Chayer, éditeur du Magazine Le Point et de Gay Globe TV, Mr. Neal Verma, Président de la compagnie Irazoo.com et Irazoo Inc à l’effet de régler leur mésentente et de mettre un terme aux procédures judiciaires intentées quant à la pérénité des oeuvres, des écrits et du matériel offert dans la Revue Le Point et sur Gay Globe TV.

La situation a été réglée à la satisfaction des 3 parties signataires de l’accord qui a confirmé que l’ensemble du matériel diffusé ou publié sur GGTV et sur les sites gayglobe.us, gglobetv.com, le-national.com et uvillemarie.org sont l’entière et exclusive propriété de Roger-Luc Chayer et de GGTV.

A settlement agreement was reached earlier today between Roger-Luc Chayer, editor of the magazine Le Point and Gay Globe TV, Mr. Neal Verma, chairman of Irazoo.com and Irazoo Inc. for the purpose of settling their misunderstanding and stop the legal proceedings regarding the copyrights of all work, writings and materials available in Le Point Magazine and Gay Globe TV.

The situation has been resolved to the satisfaction of the 3 parties to the agreement which confirmed that all materials posted on GGTV and sites gayglobe.us, gglobetv.com, le-national.com and uvillemarie. org are the sole property and exclusive use of Roger-Luc Chayer and GGTV.
